This upskilling short course allows you to develop new and existing skills that will help create a long-standing career pathway within your chosen industry. Courses are delivered as distance learning, allowing you to choose when and where to study, with personal tutors assigned to ensure you have the support needed to succeed. And, at the end of the course you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification, serving as evidence for the knowledge and skills you have developed.
Participants must attend locally based workshops. The number of sessions will depend on the individual needs of the learner. You will also need to complete training sessions and multiple-choice tests or assignments. This will depend on the individual’s chosen route which, will have been agreed beforehand.
Funding is available for companies within your LEP area. A Training Needs Analysis will be completed first to establish eligibility and Maths & English Initial Assessment.
