Job Description

Principle Estate Management seeks a motivated and proactive team player to join their Customer Service team where you will play a key role in the delivery of professional management and excellent customer service to support the management of their property portfolio across the UK.

You will deal with customer queries, and liaise with solicitors where required. In addition, you will work alongside property managers to assist them in overseeing planned, reactive and remedial maintenance services and liaise with supply partners, and support the distribution of customer communications.

They manage modern apartment buildings, traditional blocks of flats, mixed use developments, private housing estates and private rented sector (PRS) or build-to-rent (BTR) developments, as well as portfolios of rented properties for residential or commercial landlords.
