What is corporate Social Responsibility?

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a broad business concept relating to a company’s commitment to managing the effects of its operations. Key CSR issues revolve around environmental management, labour standards, gender balance, human rights, anti-corruption measures, and more.

CSR is designed to aid an organisation’s mission and offer a guide to what the company stands for. Businesses typically show their commitment to CSR through charity work, sponsorships, or philanthropy, and Protocol is no different.

How have we contributed?

In the last 25 years through various events, fundraisers, raffle competitions, and more, Protocol have raised money and awareness for several charitable organisations, including those focused around Alzheimers and Dementia Care, Children in Need, Lung Cancer, and Domestic Violence.

Our Past & Present

Since 10th November 2000, Protocol have helped raise over £160,000 for The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. This has allowed the charity to support people with lung cancer and provide some much needed hope to families and loved ones.
