In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week, I’m excited to share my journey as a 19-year-old Property Services Specialist Apprentice with FirstPort. While gaining hands-on experience in the property sector, I’m also receiving expert training from Protocol Consultancy Services as I work towards my Level 3 Business Administration qualification. My apprenticeship allows me to balance real-world work with structured learning, including dedicated time each week to develop my portfolio and build essential industry knowledge.
I credit my success to the supportive environment at FirstPort and the high-quality training provided by Protocol Consultancy Services. With the guidance of my manager, mentor, and trainers, I’ve grown in confidence and developed the essential skills needed for a career in property management. Since starting my apprenticeship, I’ve gained so much confidence and hands-on experience. I know there are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company. I’m excited to take on more responsibilities and develop my skills even further.
