Who is this course for?

The qualification aims to develop the knowledge and skills required to manage individual performance within a business. Upon completion of this unit, learners will have developed an understanding of the management of underperformance in the workplace and will be able to manage individuals’ performance in the workplace.

How Are Qualifications Achieved?

The participant must attend locally based workshops (the number of which will be determined at the beginning of the course) and complete a training session(s) and multiple-choice test(s) or assignment (depending on the individuals chosen route which will have been agreed beforehand).

How is it funded?

Funding is available for companies within your LEP area. A Training Needs Analysis must be completed first to establish eligibility and Maths & English Initial Assessment.
