Who is this course for?

The qualification aims to develop the knowledge and skills required to manage individual & team performance within a business. Upon completion of this, learners will have developed an understanding of the management of underperformance in the workplace and will be able to manage individuals’ and teams performance in the workplace.

And, at the end of the course you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification, serving as evidence for the knowledge and skills you have developed.

How Are Qualifications Achieved?

Participants must attend locally based workshops or training sessions via teams (the number of which will be determined at the beginning of the course) and complete an assignment.

How is it funded?

Funding is available for companies within your Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) area. A Training Needs Analysis must be completed first to establish eligibility.
