My main responsibilities include; Raising work orders, Reporting call logs, Scanning and saving documents, dealing with clients who are looking for information about residential and commercial property.
My working environment is a very relaxed place where it is easy to concentrate and get on with work. It is also a very sociable place and allows you to communicate with colleges to learn new information and feel comfortable and welcomed.
I work opposite my property manager Beverly Wootton, However receive training from a former property assistant John.
There are many factors I enjoy about my job. Some of these include. Being able to socialise with colleges within the office and dealing with different situations on a day to day basis.
The main challenges I face while at work is dealing with difficult clients and knowing who to put them through to.
The key here is to remain polite and professional when dealing with clients, no matter how difficult they can be, and put them through to whoever they need as soon as possible.
