Who is this course for?

Ideal for employees needing to develop their core customer service skills using the latest techniques and best practice. The short course grants you the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification. This is available through the leading vocational awarding body City and Guilds / ILM.

What are the Benefits?

This short course allows you to develop new and existing skills that will help create a long-standing career. Courses are delivered as distance learning, allowing you to decide when and where to study. Personal tutors will also be assigned to ensure you have the support needed to succeed. At the end of the course, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, serving as evidence for the knowledge and skills you have developed.

How Are Qualifications Achieved?

Units are from the Diploma in Customer Service Level 2. Participants must attend locally based workshops. The number of sessions will depend on the individual needs of the learner. You will also need to complete a subsequent short workbook and/or multiple-choice test. This will depend on the individual’s chosen route which, will have been agreed upon beforehand.

How is it funded?

Funding is available for companies within your LEP area. We will complete a Training Needs Analysis first to establish eligibility and Maths & English Initial Assessment.
