This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to further their career in an office environment. Your role with MetroPM will involve doing general business admin duties with elements of customer services.
Your duties would include:
MetroPM oversees the day-to-day running of its estates, including managing relationships with employees and regular contractors such as gardeners, cleaners and maintenance staff.
MetroPM also takes care of any large maintenance contracts by tendering and appointing approved specialists to carry out necessary works as well as making regular estate inspections. We provide the Directors of a Management Company with regular reports as required and will act as Company Secretary if required.
