Job Description

The Customer Service department act as first point of contact for customers, drivers and internal warehouse and operations team. This role is an integral part of a business and will help ensure the service is world class.

About The Employer

This business was established in 1998 as a specialist distributor of Cable Management, Cable,  Electrical Raceway, Containment, Cabling, Power Management, Data Communication Solution, Racking & Cabinet Solutions to the building, services industry, construction industry, Mechanical & Engineering and IT & Data Centre Industry.

They are managed by people with many years of experience in the multitude of uses for Unistrut metal framing, fasteners, and fixings. They understand the industry’s support requirements and offer free technical support and advice on all aspects of product use which is backed up by Unistrut’s own technical design software.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
