This short course allows you to develop new and existing skills that will help create a long-standing career. Courses are delivered as distance learning, allowing you to decide when and where to study. Personal tutors will also be assigned to ensure you have the support needed to succeed. At the end of the course, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, serving as evidence for the knowledge and skills you have developed.
Participants must attend locally based workshops. The number of sessions will depend on the individual needs of the learner. You will also need to complete training sessions and multiple-choice tests or assignments. This will depend on the individual’s chosen route which, will have been agreed upon beforehand.
Funding is available for companies within your LEP area. A Training Needs Analysis will take place first to establish eligibility and Maths & English Initial Assessment.
