Doing holiday reports and payroll plans, supporting business managers, answering e-mails, answering the telephone, franking and sending mail, answering the voice mails.
Mostly office-based in a shared building in Brindley Place, the environment offers a clean and modern space for us to work in where we then provide a quality service to our customers.
My role involves working with many people within the business, with a total workforce of 24, all from mixed genders, ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
I like the people I work with and the work that I do can be fairly easy at times. However, it can provide a challenge when tasks that I haven’t encountered before need completing. But I also enjoy that aspect as well.
Understanding some reports that need to be done and dealing with contractors can sometimes be challenging.
Help is sometimes needed when learning new things, and this is no exception. I work in a friendly office where everyone is willing to help me on my journey and lend a hand when something becomes too much or confusing for me.

Qualification: Business Administration Level 2
I see myself working at Liquidity for the length of my apprenticeship and perhaps a little longer. I would like to work elsewhere; preferably in an art or design based administration role.
