Job Description

The right candidate will be reporting to the line manager and will undertake duties which will include typing, file audits, database entry, photocopying, scanning, filing – both manual and electronic, archiving and tracking files as part of the business administration role. This also includes Customer Service duties which will include meeting and greeting, signing in candidates, and making and receiving telephone calls. You will also complete paperwork for different types of contracts across the organisation.

The employee will be put through our employability course, where they will learn about job search, interview techniques, finance & CV and cover letter training. This will be covered by one of our experienced Tutors and delivered at the location of the work placement.
