A Multi-Channel Marketers can be found within all sectors and businesses, and operate within industries such as business, retail, warehousing, IT, and more. A Multi-Channel Marketer will work for a specific marketing company that offers advice to external clients, or within an internal marketing team, to achieve marketing goals that will help businesses succeed.
As part of a Marketing team, Multi-Channel Marketers will contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies and plans. They will also be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms that are essential to their business. In their daily work, these marketers will interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including team members, the sales department, public relations, IT, and more. They also interact with external stakeholders such as clients/customers and suppliers, which include printers, digital agencies, PR and media agencies, event display companies, market research agencies, and media sales professionals.
This role can be officed-based or remote, with time also spent attending exhibitions, marketing meetings, client briefs, trade shows, or research activities.
The End Point Assessment (EPA) will only commence once the Employer, Apprentice, and Protocol Consultancy Services are confident that the apprentice has developed all the knowledge, skills, and behaviours defined in the apprenticeship standard. Evidence of this will also be visible throughout the progress review meetings and records. The independent EPA ensures that all apprentices consistently achieve the industry-set professional standard. The EPA can commence at any point once the apprentice is competent and after the twelve-month minimum period of learning and development. However, before the independent EPA can take place, the apprentice must have completed their functional skills components in English and Maths.
