At Protocol Consultancy Services, we take our corporate social responsibility very seriously and believe in using our business as a force for good, to help build a safer and more inclusive world for everyone.
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a broad business concept relating to a company’s commitment to managing the effects of its operations. Key CSR issues revolve around environmental management, labour standards, gender balance, human rights, anti-corruption measures, and more.
CSR is designed to aid an organisation’s mission and offer a guide to what the company stands for. Businesses typically show their commitment to CSR through charity work, sponsorships, or philanthropy, and Protocol is no different.
In the last 25 years through various events, fundraisers, raffle competitions, and more, Protocol have raised money and awareness for several charitable organisations, including those focused around Alzheimers and Dementia Care, Children in Need, Lung Cancer, and Domestic Violence.
Since 10th November 2000, Protocol have helped raise over £75,000 for The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. This has allowed the charity to support people with lung cancer and provide some much needed hope to families and loved ones.
White Ribbon are the the leading charity dedicated to ending male violence against women. Many communities, organisations, and workplaces are coming together to show their support and raise money for a worthy cause.
